Savoury Dishes

I’m a self-taught, I learned to cook by trying recipes from my mother’s books, sticking my nose into everybody’s kitchen, and watching the TV show of a famous Spanish cook called Karlos Arguiñano. My mother cooked well, but she was not interested in cooking. She would find hundreds of much more exciting things to do than spending hours at the kitchen. That was not my case. I was interested in cooking since I was a kid. I enjoy both, experimentation and creativity, and maybe because of that I love cooking.
